Thank you @Blossom1961 and @Doodoo. I'll be spending the rest of my life looking over my shoulder at these cancers now, as well as breast. It's not a prospect that fills me with joy. It will bring scanxiety and cost $$. However I suppose forewarned is forearmed, and if they ever develop I'll be onto them early. My mother is still going at 84 and had not yet had any further cancers.
I love chocolate Melody. Really more than just about anything else you can put in your mouth! I've just bought some and will emotionally eat it shortly. I will also be emotionally drinking gin and tonic this evening. Just like my diagnosis I knew this was going to be a yes, but it's still another blow (plus ça change...). I don't know what to do with it psychologically yet. I'm a bit of stunned mullet right now. G&T and chocolate will do for a start.
