Like you I always stayed on top of my weight, and was happy with it. However, Chemo together with meds, feeling so ill and inactivity for months, I put on 5kg. 6 months post chemo and Im only starting to budge a little now. Im exercising and strength training a little more now. But have to say I still suffer from pain in my legs, I cannot walk in the morning. My lower back is really bad now. Exercising helps alot. They say it takes a good year post chemo to start to feel much better from side effects. I also had severe cording from chemo, to be honest, I havent worried about it, looks terrible but I have full movement now no problem. Hang in there!!!
