Breathe in.... Breathe out

Day 9- after round two..

Pain woke me up too early this morning..being 'blessed' with big boobs is NOT a blessing for many things, but when one is full of scar tissue, trying to stay in a comfortable place often means something else has to suffer... At the moment it's my shoulder and my body must of got tired from lying on my left so I woke up on my right with my scarred side and underarm protesting very loudly! Not happy Jan as I couldn't get comfy again, so I got up... Lucky I only needed panadol to ease it??

Anyways, had brekkie, took my meds, managed to do some spiffy bandana tying as to not scare the public with my new fluffy, sparse hairdo! and drove myself to work!

Spent a few hours there doing the wages and sorting through the emails... So much spam is getting through.. Annoying!

On the way home quickly did a bit of shopping, had some toasties for lunch and then took myself off to my first tai chi class.

Class was great! Just the music on its own was relaxing... I've missed a few due to chemo but was caught up on the basics... It's a laugh as we all got confused! But towards the end I got it... Sort of! ??hard to watch the teacher and watch your own movements!
Hopefully I will be able to keep it
up between treatments...

It's been a long day and I feeling quite serene but exhausted!

Putting my feet up....

  • I tried some Tai Chi yesterday too. I used a fitness disc on my husband's xbox though lol. So I could stop whenever I wanted. It was a great feeling though as I have been so sedentary lately with the chemo.

  • Tai chi sounds great. I've long wanted to try it. Now must motivate myself.

Good that you're managing some work.

    Take care, Lyn
