Oh Iserbrown, I agree Im also in Vic and it really has been horrendous in terms of humidity. Doesnt help the fatigue either! Hydration is so key isnt it, and yes BC keeps giving!! says me been spraying magnesium spray across my shoulders today because cramping in muscles is relentless uuugh!!! LOL Hugs Melinda xo
