Hi Amber1, I don't have breast oedema but I still have fluid (not lymph fluid) from my mastectomy 9 months ago and my Lymphoedema nurse advised me to wear either a compression bra or wear a shapewear slip or top (similar to spanx). If it was oedema I would also go for massage. All the best, hope you can get it under control. Xx Cath
