Hi @LIttleBlueWren, I used to work in a Genomic Testing Facility but had not heard of the private company that is doing your test, so I took a look at them on the internet. They are legitimate and they are NATA accredited (which means they are legit). I also noted that there are now medicare numbers for a lot of the oncology genomics testing including BRAVO (which tests for BRACA and some other genes related to breast and ovarian cancer). Therefore, if you paid the full amount you should get an invoice so that you can go to medicare and claim. However, they may have only charged you with the gap and hence feel that you don't need an invoice. I am sure you will get one if you ask though. Give them a call and ask.
