Blood test to replace mammo
Has anyone else heard or read about this? A research centre in England have successfully detected breast cancer using blood tests earlier than a mammogram would. They are currently doing further trial...
I checked on Google. This was first reported on in mid 2018 and then later in May 2019 with Australian researchers working on it. The team in Nottingham are working on assaying the antibody produced by the tumour.
However if the test is reliable and accurate it will be wonderful for early diagnosis.
