Hi @Eastmum, I finished chemo in Feb 2017 & have been on Letrozole since. I have mild osteopenia. At my last oncology review in August she suggested Zometa infusions every six months which is a biophosphonate. She mentioned it reduces risk of bone Mets. So I took it on that alone. I had flu like symptoms for 36 hours a day later but it was manageable. I had a check up too at the dentist before.
