Hello my friend,
Thanks for the feedback. It was challenging to write because I'm aware that any time this issue comes up I'm likely to get negative responses.
I was inspired by the number of women that have written to me via my blog with their own personal stories of feeling like they weren't given a choice, or women that thought they'd made an informed decision only to find the reality was really not what they had been 'sold'.
Of course the most moving message of all was from the lovely man that lost his wife and chose to share his story with me. He's of the opinion that all cosmetic surgery should come with a serious warning about the possible consequences.
I'm close to three years well which, as I'm sure you know, will be a big milestone. My surgeon has already send me for my three year bone scans and CT scans and everything is clear. I'm feeling well and happy and hope you are the same.
