Attempted portacath insertion
Hi ladies,
Yesterday I went in for my portacath insertion. I came out with two wounds and no portacath = one very disappointed woman.
They told me my veins were too small, and I am petite so the...
Thank goodness! Glad to hear it went well! I had chemo through my port the day they put it in so they may still decide to use it, you never know. Good luck with the rest of your treatment!
