Hey Mel,
That would be great to keep in touch during this time. I started with hot flushes from the age of 45, and stopped having periods at 54 (I'm now 57) I'm just wondering if this length of time with the power surges has also given me surges of oestrogen that could have contributed to my tumours. I've been walking most days within my limitations, even if it's 2 to 3 times to get my steps up for the Fitbit. I was going to a circuit class with little weights twice a week, but gave that away a few weeks ago, so that I didn't aggravate the pain, so it's like treading water, very frustrating.
Im glad that you're working though. I had to give my work away due to a company restructure at the time of my diagnosis, so had to make on the spot decisions in that regard. I run a small business from home assisting people with resume writing, job applications and small business plans. Other than that, I sell an occasional painting, still finding my way I guess.
Take care, and we will keep in touch, Trace xxx
