I'd only consult a plastic surgeon who specialises in breast reconstruction. Highly recommend Melbourne plastic surgeon Dean Trotter for breast reconstruction/surgery correction. He has great staff as well. Dean's work is outstanding, and he works in public and private hospitals. His rooms are in Richmond.
