Sorry @Jovdp, I don’t have any tips as I’m not on Tamoxifen. A friend of mine has been on it since 2017, and she complains of exactly the same things: feeling very emotional and crying, and feeling depressed. Also very anxious. She also has delayed and heavy periods. Have you thought about switching to an AI?
