Sadness is all part of this roller coaster...sometimes you don;t know why, you just feel sad....as long as it doesn't get too deep.
The hardest thing to do through this is to be happy all the time...we are entitled to have our bad days...i was so angry that day! I cried and punched the pillow on my bed..I felt like a child, but I had to get it out!
I've watched and am currently watching too many people lose the battle.....it just sucks
