Hi. I've been having xgeva for 15 months. It's given as an injection into your stomach. I have been told to take caltrate bone health every day to make sure calcium level is ok as it can drop especially in the first week after the injection. The other important thing is good dental hygiene as you can get jaw problems so brush after every meal.
