Hi Cate, I developed hives with my first chemo (epirubicin part of fec) which was treated with steroids during the infusion, but I started hormone therapy (letrozole and zoladex) with my chemo. About 4 days after chemo, I came out in a fine rash mostly to my legs and face. Dr gave me hydrocortisone 2%cream which I used for about a week, and I also started loratadine 10mg daily which I am continuing for the remainder of my chemo. Not sure if it's the chemo or hormone therapy though as I'm having them together. Rash hasn't come back, Good luck! Kate
