Hi Cate, about a week after I started Arimidex I noticed a slightly raised rash on the side of my neck. Almost like a non itchy prickly heat. It hung around for about 2 weeks then went away by itself. Fortunately 5 months on and it's hasn't returned. Sorry to hear you are having this reaction, hope you can find something to help. Jane xx
