Sorry for the slow reply to your comments. We live in a semi rural area and the internet has not been behaving too well of late.
Thank you so much for your responses. I hadn't thought about taking a selfie to show the nurse ... not the sought of thing one does I suppose ... but will keep my phone handy for next time.
