Hi Everyone,
Well my oncologist has suggested that I have my lung drained...after looking in to this im not sure I want this done just yet as I'm sick of being poked and prodded!! I will have to have it done as my breathing is getting harder. Has anyone had this done??? Can you let me know what it was like.

Usually you would have rapid improvement if they do this. Have they said whether it will resolve without it? If not...what else can you do? My father had lung cancer and needed this done at least twice. The relief was immediate and gave him back quality of life in such he could then get about again with much less issues. Simple procedure usually. Kath x
Just do it... Instant relief.
Not done myself but family member had it done and I just remeber him suddenly being a new man immediately after the procedure
