Acid reflux

I was given Nexium by the hospital but try not to overload my body too much! I found milk helps too.

Thanks babes, hubby picked up quick eze on the way home. However the reflux subsided by the time he got home. I'm hoping it doesn't come back to often. Xx

You can buy  ranitadine over the counter at the  chemist but I found  I needed nexium twice a day plus  occasional quickeze and ranitadine.  Actually you can now buy a one off dose of nexium  too at the chemist I believe now also.

I found that quickeze was enough for me and also drinking milk helped. 

Nexium helped me ... And mylanta .... Ask your GP for a script
