This article....has some really good points about yellow stool.... from what I read most sites...it means the bilirubin is there.  Thats why it is yellow but just moving too quick to do its job. If no bilirubin then it gets no colour. Hope it helps. Once bowel settles it should settle too but discuss with the gastro guy. Take care. Kath x
