AC Chemo - Day 16 (first long walk in weeks wiping me out completely)

Thank you - I think I will go with your suggestion
My heels cracked last week and simply will not get better as skin is dry as can be even though i keep on moisturising it around the clock now. Never though about damage long walks might do so thank you for pointing that out :)
