Then again I was born into a Christian family (traditionally Christian) but dad was a staunch Communist so made sure I was not Christenwd myself and that while I was allowed to be exposed to all religious customs of the extended family he too got his 2 cents worth in to make sure I could make up my own mind...
I too believe that there is something out there that guides us and helps us along (lived through some weird things and impossible for me to think of them as being 'coincidences')... What that 'something' is I have no clue...
Not into 'organised religions' as too many men had their hand in writing and rewritimg the rules off them and then so.much evil.over thebcenturies has been dealt withbmen using religion as an excuse that it puts me off alltogether.
I am not in any way anti religion though. I reckon each to their own and whatever helps people live good and happy lives should be wellcomed....
I personally believe in 'goodness' and that we have been put on this planet to make a difference for the better and that trials and tribulations that haopen along the way are either results of our own actions or actions of others (some maybe just 'luck of the draw) and frankly a thought of 'being dealt shit just because I am strong enough to handle it' ticks me off to no end...
I have dealt with more than enough shit health wise bsly the time I was a teen muchless since then... I would have to be a flipping Hercules Soartacus and Jesus combined strength wise if 'strong enough to handle' was the case...
I also do notnbekieve that 'bad tjihings happen to bad people'... I reckon bad things happen to everyone (and 'bad people' manage to avoid it way more than the 'good guys').
Still I reckon whatever we call it, there is something out there kind of watching out for us every now and then, but overall ourlives and what happens to us is in our own hands so time to roll up the selves and start taking care of ourselves as well as off those arround us. After all there is the good old saying 'God helps those who help themselves' ??
