Hello Meg thank you for tips. I am into week 1 of radiation (8 weeks post lumpectomy) and I need to understand a lot more on " how the machine works" and your notes have helped. I will be asking more questions at "exam" day now...
I asked about alternatives to sorbolene as I like nourishing oils.My centre only recommends sorbolene (proven, safe, effective) and discourage use of natural alternatives like oils or even aloe Vera plant due reactions seen. Will do a skin test as you say and keep that option for myself open into week 2.I still really like the idea of non body oil after showering each day. I love ultraceuticals body treatment oil and want to use it in conjunction with sorbolene. I saw you used hemp oil with essential oils with good result.Am following up with ultraceuticals and will let people know any feedback on use in our setting.
