I too have written to Vinnie with no reply to my email either. I feel you might be right. Maybe the legal issues of locating medical clinics, licenses required to practice in Australia and insurances is to much for him to obtain here in oz.
Has anyone called him at his office yet in USA to comfirm. To get a full answer otherwise sadly this blog is giving false hope to his 3D tattooing where many women they could be moving on to complete there journeys elsewhere.
Sorry , it's starting to feel this way too but I hope I'm wrong. :(
