As some of you may know, I've had my heart set on 3D nipple tattoos over having nipple reconstruction. I've spend endless hours searching for someone to do what I want here in Aust...

Yes, they are done on mounds with out any reconstriction. However, Vinnie also does the finishing touches on reconstricted nipples too.
Wait time is usually 3-6 months after reconstruction.
Price - No idea....It's usually around the $800 - $1000 mark in the US.
