3 monthly check..

Hi all pink ladies, I hope you are all coping well with everything.  :-)   Today was my 2nd check-up post chemo & post bi-lateral masectomy diep flap reconstuctive surgery...& I'm pleased to say that after the surgical registrar that I saw thought she had found 2 more lumps in the same breast as my cancer, so she went and got my surgeon to come to have a feel....but thank goodness all was well!  So my next visit is in 6 months time...which is a bit scary considering my 12 month aniversary is approaching on the 6/6.  I've decided i'll go into our wellness centre in Lygon street on the 4th for some exercise & reflexology to keep my ming off it.

Okey Dokey, thats about all for now so stay well pink sisters.

    Hi dear lady! That's great news!  My anniversary is approaching on the 26/5 so we can be anxious together. I've just spent 5 wonderful day alone with hubby at Exmouth swimming with whalesharks, turtles and even dugongs. Nothing is going to stop me now. I feel as if I've been given a second chance.

    Take care dear lady and let's hope the good news continues. Good for you for checking out the wellness centre. Sounds like a great move. We're on holidays at the moment - 1 week to go of school holidays. My eldest daughter came back from a music tour to NZ's north island. Had an amazing time. We couldn't shut her up!! My other daughter comes back today from Sydney where she has been staying with her grandmother. Just have to pick up the dog and the family is bakc together again.
