Hi everyone I hope you are all well.
Next month it will be 2 years since I heard those dreaded words you have breast cancer. I still struggle with what I have been through. I keep waiting for thing...
Firstly Rowdy, FANTASTIC NEWS! on being cancer free!
and HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOOOOOOOU!
Celebrate in style, surround yourself with the people that matter most and breathe in the love.....I am 50 this year! I don't quite know where that time went either!
I guess it's "normal" to feel the way you feel? You have had a dark shadow following you for the last two years! You've endured surgeries, treatments, emotional highs and lows..it was a big freakin' deal! ..and although you are victorious, You are battle weary my love!
Give yourself time to replenish from your experience. Meditate, sit by the water and breeeeathe. Look around you, I mean really look and take what you need out of life, nature, the grass, the sky.. there is no time limit, no right or wrong, do what YOU need.
Normal? what is normal anyways? Normal is what the individual perceives it to be.
Good luck with your goals now, remember to breathe!
Happy Birthday!
love an light Xx
