Today I had my first chemo and after stressing about it for a couple of weeks and a sleepless night, I got to the hospital still feeling terrible. 4 hours later, after having the chemo administered I felt great, I know the worst is yet to come but at the moment all is good.

I had 4 chemo sessions and with each one I never slept well the night before. Wide awake from 2.30 or 4.30. Caught up with sleep in the days after.
Now for radiotherapy. Wonder if I will sleep before each session?

You might be lucky and not have to many problems. Everyone is different. Just take each day as it comes. Great that all going well thus far. Kath x
A friend said to me when I first was diagnosed that the anticipation of almost everything on this journey was usually worse than the reality. She has been right most of the time. ?? Good luck in the weeks to come!
