I agree with you, you see everyones treatment is so very different based on their individual circumstances. My Surgeon even said the treatment I had was very aggressive as I only had DCIS initially. Last year I had 3rd stage aggressive in my scar tissue. Sounds like you are in good hands, definitely be guided by them. I really feel you'll be ok and truly wouldnt stress about the Tamoxifen, I really believe you'll find it to be more than ok. :)
