Hello Sue. I must have been a long weekend for you and I am so sorry to hear you are in this situation. My situation is exactly the same, diagnosed exactly one week before you, same size tumour and with 3 lymph nodes impacted. I am still in a state of shock. What you are experiencing is totally the same as me- I especially recognise the jolt awake as I remember the facts and then the panic. What I can say if that things are moving fast, with results from the pet scan already back and I’ll be meeting with an oncologist and the surgeon this week. I imagine your case will gather speed too. I am not really sure that I can help much except to say that you are not alone. This forum has been amazing for me in the early hours, just to read messages from inspiring women who fight battles and still help others. Stay in touch, it would be good to share each others journeys.
