No day is a good day for a breast cancer diagnosis but that's particularly tough! Knowing what your treatment is brings a bit of certainty. It's daunting and alarming at first but many have been through it, and many like me are well past treatment and living normally. Best advice I can give is take things one step at a time, as far as possible choose medical experts you trust and can talk to, and ask for help when you need it. Best wishes.
