I don't know what to do!

Hi Mimi I am very new to this site and very new to breast cancer. I was diagnosed in Oct, had a double mastectomy in nov and all lymph nodes removed on 1st December. I am due to start chemo this Friday. I was very lucky that my family was complete before my journey with breast cancer began. My children and I have been through some rather challenging years and I unexpectedly found myself a single mum. The last few years have often been difficult but our bond has become stronger as we have adjusted to our lives as a family of 4 not 5. I believe I am alot stronger today because of lifes little challenges. In the last few days I have truly felt a weight has been lifted off my shoulders... I know I'm not going this alone, there are truly supportive ladies there to help us on our journey. Reach out and take our hands... Let's walk the journey together. Our paths may be very different but the journey is familiar to all of us. Look after yourself Melinda
