Good news!
i am having neoadjuvant (before surgery) chemotherapy given with hormone therapy as part of a trial to treat my rather large (9cm) IDC tumour and saw my oncologist today for check up before my 2nd of 6 x 3 weekly chemos. Oncologist thinks it has shrunk by at least 1cm already! We are headed in the right direction! So great to get a good result! Happy dancing right now!

- Thanks everyone! Time to go and pour more weed killer on it on Thursday. It made me quite sick for a week last time, so I know it won't be pleasant but it's nice seeing some results.

- Woo hoo! After 3 of my AC's my lump had almost halved! I am also have chemo before surgery!
