Sports Bra for runner

I have also had a double mastectomy with lymph nodes removed 4 weeks ago (no re construction , radio next) but I'm finding that my chest is still very painful ,hate the car ride , not driving so I would be in absolute awe if you get to run in 11.5 weeks.
I'm not a chicken , walk and ride everyday but just take it easy , while we all like to feel normal and in control , be kind to yourself.
I did buy the bras from Best and Less and they were pretty good.
