Put it onto your computer as the Screen Shot! It is so calming, the scene, too!
'You Time' is SOOOOO Important!! (Tho not TOO MUCH - You don't want to cut yourself off from family & friends!! ;) )
You can invite others to join you if you wish (if you want to go to the movies or a show or something) - but 'they' should NOT expect to necessarily be a part of it!! ;)
It can be something as easy as a walk on the beach - or a wander thru the shops ...... ANYTHING that just takes you away from Mr C for an hour or so every few days!
Kayak Fishing & playing Uke does it for me. ;)
