I am a Radiation Therapist (10 years). When I was 9 my nan was going through radiation for breast cancer and used to tell me about the nice ladies helping her each day so that’s I wanted to be (when I figured out I wasn’t smart enough to be a VET). I love my job and find it very rewarding. Through chemo I managed to keep working roughly 3 days a week though am meant to be 4 days as still on “return to work plan” after Mat leave.
