To my husband - Will you ever know just how much I love you?

Sunday is Valentine's Day. I haven't been well enough to plan any outings or fancy dinners and I don't know how I will ever be able to convey to my husband just how much I love him.  Hopefully saying...

Wow Nadine, what a touching expression of love to your husband. I know you've been having a really rough time the last few months, but do you know how absolutely blessed you are to have your husband by your side? Do you know where maybe I could find one like that?
