Temp up
Felt achy all over then temp went up. I am now in the slammer. Hopeful for an early release tomorrow. Bloods show no infection.

- Blossom1961MemberThank you @MelV83 I am having an echo tomorrow so will ask them because they will be putting more stickies on me. Failing that, I will go down and ask at Chemo Day Ward. They will just have to unstick my boob to put on the fresh dots 🤪
- MelV83MemberThere are some wipes you can get from the hospital to remove adhesive from dressings, maybe see if they have any- or try your local pharmacy. I’ll see if I have any left and take a picture for you x
- Blossom1961MemberOlive and Bee lightly rubbed in and then work on it. Takes ages. I got one off.
- Blossom1961Member@Afraser I will try it as a last resort. It did get me thinking though and I tried aerogard, but no go.
@arpie Unfortunately, no - arpieMemberEucalyptus oil, maybe? xx
- AfraserMemberNail varnish remover does it but I’d be wary of using it on sensitive skin!
- Blossom1961MemberFunny question. How do I get rid of all the sticky from the ten square dots they put on my torso to monitor me? I have tried soap and water, tea tree oil, lavender oil, coconut oil. Any other ideas. This morning my boob was stuck down to my torso.
- arpieMemberYou are keeping them guessing!! Hope you come good soon xx
Sending Big hugs xx All the best for your CT xx - iserbrownMemberGoodness! Rest up!
Best wishes for the Chest CT
Take care - Blossom1961MemberFever back up this morning. Onco says tests aren’t always accurate and that my white cells are saying something is brewing. He put me on antibiotics and let me go home with the promise I will ring if I develop other symptoms or temp skyrockets. Just took temp, back to normal 36.5. Cancelled my treatment for tomorrow. Too many health things happening. Onco supported this decision with relief. Chest CT within next seven days
