Suggestions for letter to federal minister for health

Sounds like I'll be pushing shit up hill then doesn't it.souns like going to the media is gong to end up with no change either.  How fucked is it that we have to be on here on this forum in the first place number one and number two  have to even speak about the issues we've  all bought up on this post alone.
