Six years all clear since recurrence :)
so this is me after my appointment with my surgeon this morning. So very happy and grateful. When I was diagnosed with a recurrence just 18mths after first diagnosis it was such a shock but just wanted to share that even with a dreaded recurrence it doesn't have to be bad news. I am forever grateful to my medical team, family and friends and the support of the wonderful ladies on this site. My thoughts are also with those who haven't been as lucky as I have with results, please know we are all here to support you.

- Thanks all for your lovely comments, yes every day is a blessing. I was so happy after the appointment and wanted to share my news with my family and friends(including you guys so I popped straight into the bathroom to take this quick pick. I can't believe it is the best picture I have seen of me in such a long time, definitely reflected the joy I felt after the great appointment. I had really been worrying about hip pain I had been having, but the bone scan was all clear which was a huge relief... apparently i'm just old and damaged!!! Better than the alternative.
