Any recall can make you nervous and I doubt anything we could say would make you any less nervous. I had a crappy family history but also found I didn't have the gene they carried.
Regardless of the results perhaps a referral to genetic counselling would be a good idea and also a breast surgeon who would give advise of the best surveillance for you.
I guess if they have said it's non urgent means it's probably all good but sometimes they suggest a biopsy just to be absolutely certain. Keep in touch and let us know how you go. Kath x
