Merry Xmas

Hi everyone I just wanted to wish all you lovely ladies a great Xmas in our group and all the other support groups around. Those ladies who are thinking of joining a group make it a to do for 2014. The love and support you get is a real booster, especially when your a bit low,and I think the humour from everyone is always a great thing to. To everyone else take care and I hope being well is on the cards for all of us next year. Treasure the little things over Xmas enjoy your families and friends, take a breath and get ready for next year. Love and hugs to all adeanxxxx

    You're so right about how therapeutic face to face groups are and I am starting one next year for Melbourne ladies who can't get to other groups of which I'm one of them unfortunately.
