Hi kittykatster Check out this website. Tracey G prosthetics and lingerie. The store is located in East Brisbane.
I would also contact the breast care nurse at the hospital where you are having surgery. They should be able to assist you. 🩷

kittykatster Yes Tracy G ,and not just check tracys website, give them a call , they are experts who have dealt with issues like this and may be able to help you find some solutions. They do recommend calling.
I know one friend with very large breast who had a single masectomy found the using two of the water bead (filled with tiny poly beads ) largest prosthesis helped fill the one cup and apparently they kinda squished together, as yep very large cupped bras hard to find , but there are specialty stores for large breast /small band type situations. And so are the big prosthesis and the silicone ones get super heavy at that size. But that was masectomy. Yep big busted masectomy bras would be near impossible , but normal bras are fine too.
Since your only having a lumpectomy, depending on the location of the exision , you may just be able to wear a normal good supportive bra and a symmetry shaper prosthesis to 'fill the hole' and/or cover it , smooth it out, if it on the side or at the bottom of your breast . That doesn't need a prosthesis pocketed bra .
If the lump removed is at the top or top middle of the breast , then that is a bit harder to 'fill ' and hold the partial prostheisis , but i am sure its not impossible.
You can even sew a pocket in a bra . NB the fabric pocket does bulge out the bra cup becuase even the best full cup bras never contain the full breast , real or plastic, but it at least covers the plastic prosthisis is you lean over.
Higher necklines help too. No more deep v necks if loose the clevage side of breast.
Scarves and loose clothes for recovery .
