Yep, I was told the Iodine thing ..... and borax as well!! I was told I ate too much meat, drank too much alcohol and I 'did something' to get the cancer!! Grrr
Definitely ring the chat line so you can vent away to a real person - they will support you xx
The whole cancer 'thing' is a hugely emotional roller coaster - even 8 years later, I can still have 'triggers' that get me thinking 'what it' .....
Yep, as Afraser says - get your info from trusted places (your Medical Team is always No 1, then your Breast Care Nurse, then us!) Take lots of deep breaths xx
Try & keep yourself busy doing things you love doing, to keep your mind busy & not going off on 'tangents'!
