Interesting article about the benefits of pomegranate and it's ‎Aromatase Inhibitor properties

Hi everyone.  The first couple of paragraphs are a bit rambly, but keep reading to the section on breast health for some interesting information which is screaming for more research.  I will be eating pomegranate every day...

    Hi @LadyLace, there is also some informative information about Pomegranate on the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Centre website. You can download their App called "About Herbs".

    Hi @Afraser I do believe the cancer-sugar relationship is here-say from other things I have read. I'm not on any other meds, so will be giving it a try.

    Pomegranites, and pomegranite juice, are lovely but be aware that they are also very high in sugar. Which cancer cells like too. It can also interfere with some medications (for cholesterol or high blood pressure) if consumed daily. So perhaps check with your doctor first. Everything in moderation!
