A financial counsellor can assist with understanding options, advocacy. the paperwork and also help with other issues related to financial hardship. There is no cost to see a financial counsellor. I am not sure where you are located but if you google "find a financial counsellor", put in your postcode/location etc you will be directed to where you can contact a financial counsellor local to you.
