I'm getting excited..............

I am going to see my Psychologist again today.  Never thought it would be something I looked forward to but to be honest it's the first time since I finished radiation that I'm really looking forward to something. My goodness how the goal posts have shifted  ;)

    Sometimes it is 'the little things in life' which give us joy and hope.  Good on you for finding someone with whom you feel so comfortable.  Hope the meeting went well for you.   <3

    Thanks so much BW, I was a huge sceptic but somehow I got the perfect fit for me.  I come away understanding what is happening to me and being kinder to myself.
