Something that may help if you can manage it is a daily hourly walk .Exercise releases hormones called endorphins which can help with depression.It’s hard to get started but I found it has helped a lot. - kmakmMember@BlackWidow I hope this feeling doesn't last, that you'll see blue sky again very soon. - StorkMember@kmahm I had a knee Arthroscopic surgery done 3 weeks ago unfortunately my recovery is taking a long time knee is painful and swollen and I cannot walk very far
It is now been 6 weeks no walking or exercise class, possibly I can resume my exercise programme next year I have found the experience very frustrating I was committed to change my lifestyle, you can’t help bad luck.
