Hi everyone, i was wondering if anyone would like to share a quote they have appreciated while going through cancer.This is one of my favourites:

I have many quotes I like and use.....but this one is my mantra that I have carried with me throughout this experience.My tattooist (and friend) painted this for me...... <3

So important! Sometimes it seems frustrating but listening to our bodies is what we need to do. :)
